Born with a mutation, this stallion was born with multiple eyes. Otherwise he is perfectly healthy and his eyes even have the ability to see.
His unnatural condition lead him to being abonedened after birth and lend to a medical center where he was experimented on.
Hurricane never knew another life and never saw the outside of this facility.
